Exemplary Care Support Services was founded with a clear goal: assisting people living with disability to try new things. Whether that be trying a new musical instrument, a sport, learning to drive, getting work experience or simply, just being supported in activities of daily living.
Our Services
Mentoring
A mentor provides support to our participants in accomplishing their NDIS goals. Whether that would be to try a new sport or hobby, assisting with motivation to get tasks done, or to facilitate positive interactions and form positive relationships with peers and family.
Support Work
Support workers help with day-to-day living that can be challenging for some. Whether that be transport to appointments, assistance around the house, or just having someone to interact with throughout the day.
Respite
Respite can be either 1:1 with one of our staff members, or group respite. We also have options for respite to include family members or a loved one in certain circumstances.
Gardening/yard maintenance
Whether on the NDIS or not, receive high quality gardening work at a discount, all while feeling good about potentially providing a location for our participants to receive some work experience. Assisting them to overcome barriers to employment that they may have encountered before!
"No" is not in our vocabulary. If a client wants to experience or try something new, we will go above and beyond to ensure that their needs are satisfied.
About us
I have worked in the disability industry for a number of years and have been in an upper-management position previously with a big organisation. With my experience, I could tell that the industry is young with not a lot of good leaders in the space.
I wanted to replicate the professional environment that you can expect from big organisations, whilst still maintaining the quality of care provided by small organisations, with the main focus being every individual that we support.

Our participants had an amazing time at @zoos_sa monarto safari park on the weekend whilst on their hills respite. We even threw in a sneaky lions 360 experience while we were there! Everyone had a blast being so unbelievably close to the animals. We're looking forward to our next respite trip.

Day 3 of the Gold Coast trip went well! We went to dreamworld for the day unfortunately the giant drop was closed but there was plenty of rides for everyone to have fun on! To make up for it however, we paid for our participants to try the slingshot if they were up for it! Then we finished the day off with a nice stroll through the Surfers Paradise night markets.
