There is no minimum, we can do as little as you need! There is a maximum however. Any shift that is over 10 hours will need to be split between workers.

Yes. We must remain true to our Scope of Practice, which means that we must stick to providing basic supports, to aid you live a discriminatory-free and accessible lifestyle. You would not ask your mechanic to provide accounting services, just like you wouldn't ask your support worker to provide services reserved for allied health professionals.
No, and if another business has told you otherwise then that is completely incorrect. The NDIS encompasses the idea of freedom of choice. Not only do we not mind if you use other services as well as ours, we encourage it! All the better to get a feel for what is best for yourself and to ensure that all of your needs are met!
